1. Rei
2. Look left, turn 90 degrees to the left and gedan berai.
3. Step forward into Junzuki.
4. Look behind,  bring the front foot around to turn anti-clockwise 180 degrees and then gedan barai.
5. Step forward into Junzuki.
6. Bring the front foot around to turn 90 degrees to the left and then gedan berai
7. Step forward into Junzuki.
8. Step forward into Junzuki.
9. Step forward into Junzuki (last time).
10. Bring the rear foot around to turn 270 degrees counter clockwise and then gedan berai.
11. Step forward into Junzuki.
12. Bring the front foot around to turn 180 degrees and then gedan barai.
13. Step forward into Junzuki.
14. Bring the front foot to turn left 90 degrees left and then gedan berai
15. Step forward into Junzuki.
16. Step forward into Junzuki
17. Step forward into Junzuki (last time)
18. Bring the rear foot 90 degrees counter clockwise and then gedan berai
19. Step forward into Junzuki
20. Bring the front foot around to turn 180 degrees and then gedan barai.
21. Step forward into Junzuki.
22. Yame
